If we really want the benefits of the Course, we will need to practice. Course students are aware of the practices given in the Workbook, but few are aware of just how many practices are given us in the Text. There are about 35 places in the Text where we are asked to perform a particular mental exercise, usually in response to upset feelings. These practices are a goldmine of practical benefit. This workshop takes participants through these practices, giving instruction in their meaning and in their use. It also has them actually do several of the practices.
