Thank you for this teaching—perfect for where I am which is in a conversation about my job description, supervision and line management not working and being on my managers case.
Is it really that simple?
There's a bit of me that so wants to believe my story about how I've been neglected, marginalised, wronged etc.
I will give it up moment by moment and be commited to seeing my own success in my work and the love that my manager, union rep. and organisation director are!
