Our Teachers and Staff
Robert Perry brings to A Course in
Miracles many years of private study and public teaching. He
began teaching at Miracle Distribution Center in 1986, and has since
then taught throughout North America and around the world. His
teaching grows out of his dedication to the Course as his own path
and his desire to assist others on this path. Over the years he has
become a respected voice in Course circles and has written for many
Course newsletters and magazines. Robert is the founder of the
Circle of Atonement and the author of numerous books and
booklets based on the Course. Among these are the popular An
Introduction to 'A Course in Miracles,' and his updated
introduction to the Course, entitled Path of Light: Stepping into
Peace with 'A Course in Miracles.'

Greg Mackie has been a student of
A Course in Miracles
since 1991. He studied the Course intensively with Robert Perry at
the Circle of Atonement for two years, and began teaching for
the Circle in 1999. He is now writing articles for the
Circle's newsletter, A Better Way, and is the
teacher in residence on the Circle's website. On the
website, he maintains a Course Q and
A page where he answers questions about the Course submitted to
him by Course students from around the world.

Allen Watson is well known around the world to
A Course in Miracles students for his helpful and insightful
daily commentaries on the Workbook lessons, commentaries which are on
the Internet as well as in book form (entitled A Workbook
Companion, Volumes I, & II). Allen's gifted and spirited
writing and teaching help students to unlock the meaning of A
Course in Miracles for themselves. He is teaching a weekly
class (in Portland, Oregon) that is designed to cover the entire A
Course in Miracles text, section by section. Allen retired in June of
2006, but continues to write Text commentaries for the Circle and teach his local
class.

Nicola Perry is the Circle's staff healer,
and also our administrator. Having initially been trained in more
conventional spiritual healing, Nicola has since felt called to base
her healing entirely on the Course and hopes to train other healers
in Course-based healing. Nicola also speaks on Course-based healing
as well as on general Course themes. She has been well-received at
workshops and retreats in various parts of the U.S. and England.

Andre Gendron has been studying A Course in Miracles for
over 12 years. At the beginning of 1994 he began to receive a series of messages
through meditations and dreams, in which he was told that he would be moving to
Sedona and would be involved with a spiritual organization. In 1996 Andre
discovered A Course in Miracles and the Circle of Atonement, and
felt this was the organization the messages were about. He moved to Sedona
in 1998 and began volunteering for the Circle in response to the guidance
he had received.
Andre relishes his supporting role at the Circle, and sees his function as doing and helping with whatever is needed at the time. He has been a hairstylist for the past forty years, and has owned several hair salons. Andre has brought this successful business background to many different aspects of the Circle's growth and direction over the years. He was instrumental in the creation of Circle Publishing, and has played a large role in marketing, finance, website structure and office organization. Andre is also currently serving on the Board of Directors.
Dee Doyle began studying the Course in 2004. In early
2005, she began reading Robert's "The Spiritual Program of
A Course in Miracles," and at that point decided the
Course was her spiritual path, and the Circle's website would be
a central part of her journey. "The site became my indispensable
guide to understanding the Course," Dee says. She began volunteering
her priceless computer skills to the Circle, and as destiny would have it,
she soon became indispensable to us as well—as our staff webmaster!
And a web master she is. Her Masters degree led her to a career in Silicon Valley, including holding a key position at Frame Technology, where she helped take them from a small start up to a publicly held company, which was later acquired by Adobe Systems. Although she is technically a part-time staff member here at the Circle, Dee volunteers more than full-time (including weekends!). In addition to the Circle's website design and development, Dee has also has been an integral part of program development, including the Circle Course Community.
